"Isekai Nonbiri Nouka" receives second anime season and game adaptation

The popular anime series "Isekai Nonbiri Nōka" (English: Farming Life in Another World) will receive a continuation. The second season under the title "Isekai Nonbiri Nōka 2" has been announced for the year 2026. Simultaneously, a first teaser visual and a preview video were released.

The plot of the series is based on the light novels by Kinosuke Naito and follows the protagonist Hiraku Machio, who is reborn in another world after a work-related death. Equipped with magical agricultural tools, he begins a new life in this fantastic world.

The published image shows Hiraku together with the characters Rue and Tia, as they peacefully walk through the village. In the teaser video, the three are heard with the word "Welcome back".

The animation studio Zero-G will again be responsible for the production. The voice actors, including Atsushi Abe in the role of Hiraku, will continue to perform their duties.

Original author Kinosuke Naito expressed surprise and delight at the announcement of a second season. In parallel, the development of a browser-based game titled "Isekai Nonbiri Nōka: Dreamy Life" was announced. The pre-registration for this game, which is intended to capture the relaxed atmosphere of the source material, begins on August 24.

The first anime season was broadcast in the year 2023 and had received positive response. Further details regarding the second season will be announced at a later time.
