In this episode, Proganstin makes a good-luck charm from a four-leaf clover for her friend Takada-kun, which, due to her reputation as the "Grim Reaper," is said to be cursed. Despite these remarks, he gladly accepts the charm.

Nishimura-san is also teased by her classmates because of her mysterious eyes, with rumors claiming that making eye contact with her brings bad luck. Takada-kun, however, misunderstands and considers her eyes something special, calling them "Mystic Eyes."

Nishimura-san has a bandage over her eye due to a minor injury, but there are rumors that she’s just using it to get attention. Despite the whispers, Takada-kun shows concern for her, which brightens her mood.

Nishimura-san’s classmate, Kasahara-san, admires her determination to enjoy school despite the rumors and mockery. Kasahara-san feels inspired by her resilience and eventually develops a newfound respect for her.

In another part of the episode, Nishimura-san’s friend Hino-kun is excited about a dream he had about her, believing it to be a good omen. Hino-kun’s enthusiasm brings a smile to Nishimura-san’s face.

Later, Mr. Nishimura visits Mr. Takada-kun’s house to return a manga. There, she talks with Takada-kun’s sister, Yukiko-san, about the rumors that the two of them might be a couple. Despite Yukiko-san’s teasing, Nishimura-san doesn’t mind, as Takada-kun is always there for her.

Nishimura-san invites Takada-kun and the others to her home to meet her cat, carefully preparing her house for their visit. Unfortunately, she falls ill and can’t receive them as planned. To her surprise, however, her friends still visit her at home, cheering her up with their presence and showing her that friendship means more than just good times.

Takada-kun stays a little longer with her, and she openly expresses her feelings of loneliness when he tries to leave. The next day, Mr. Nishimura feels embarrassed about her behavior but is relieved that her friends didn’t mind her emotional outburst and are just happy that she’s healthy again.
