The Ayakashi Triangle manga was serialized by Kentaro Yabuki in Shueisha's Weekly Shōnen Jump magazine in June 2020 and moved to the online service Shōnen Jump + in April of this year.

Ayakashi are evil monsters that inhabit Japan, but there are ninja exorcists who dedicate their lives to fighting them. Matsuri is one of them, and his top priority is protecting his childhood friend Suzu, who attracts Ayakashi. One day, they encounter the cat Ayakashi Shirogane, a powerful being that resists capture and, when in trouble, can swap the genders of humans. Through this unexpected technique, Matsuri's gender is changed, and he must continue protecting Suzu while also figuring out how to become a boy again and navigating the ups and downs of his new life as a girl.
