The episode begins amidst a financial crisis triggered by counterfeit banknotes, leading to a credit crunch. The Snow Fox Corporation, led by Yukime, exchanges the counterfeit banknotes for gold coins, outsmarting the Major Corporate Alliance (MCA) and the Mitsugoshi Corporation.

Yukime seeks revenge and challenges Gettan to a duel. At first, she gains the upper hand, but Gettan uses pills from the Diablos cult to enhance his strength and turn the tide. However, the duel is interrupted by the appearance of John Smith, secretly known as Shadow. Shadow defeats Gettan, mistakenly believing that Gettan stole the gold coins from the financial plan.

What Shadow doesn’t know is that his organization, Shadow Garden, led by Alpha and Beta, has been working behind the scenes. They decipher a secret message from Shadow and redirect the gold to support the Mitsugoshi Corporation, enabling it to dominate the market after the collapse of the MCA.

During these events, Shadow’s followers, particularly Alpha and the other members of Shadow Garden, hilariously misinterpret his actions. They believe Shadow is a grand strategist crafting intricate plans, while in reality, his actions are often accidental.

After the duel, Yukime is approached by Alpha from Shadow Garden. Alpha reveals that Yukime was unknowingly part of a larger scheme orchestrated by Shadow (see above). Believing Shadow to be the mastermind, Yukime agrees to ally the White Tower with Shadow Garden.

The episode concludes, paving the way for the next story arc of the series.
