Episode 6 of KamiKatsu: Working for God in a Godless World begins with the villagers celebrating their liberation from the empire, their cheers filling the air. They attribute their newfound freedom to Mitama and express their gratitude and reverence in a grand toast.

Yukito engages in a cryptic conversation with the trickster Loki. The two discuss their respective plans and hint at the impending conflict with the other Archons.

A significant turning point occurs when Loki reveals to Yukito that Atar has lost her powers. This revelation leads to a shift in alliances, as Atar and Yukito form a pact to defeat the other Archons.

Meanwhile, Mitama continues to gather followers, reaching an impressive number of nearly 3,000 believers. However, her position is challenged when it becomes apparent that another Archon, Dakini, boasts over 10,000 followers.

The episode culminates in a plan to infiltrate Dakini's group, with Yukito and Al volunteering for the mission. The duo succeeds in meeting Dakini, who, contrary to expectations, appears entirely different from what they had imagined.
