The anime series "Kawagoe Boys Sing" recently released its second full-length promotional video, introducing an expanded cast and confirming the premiere date as October 9.





The new cast members for the series include Hayato Dojima, who will voice Michiru Morimura. Mika Doi has been cast as Arisa Hibiki, the principal of Kawagoe School. Aya Suzaki will play Rika Iijima, a boys' choir advisor, and Tatsumaru Tachibana will take on the role of Zen Koarashi.

The anime follows the life of Dei Tenshi, a former choir member who has withdrawn and sings alone in his room, referred to as "Danbocchi." His life takes a turbulent turn when he meets Haruo Hibiki, a once-promising conductor who was expelled from his orchestra due to his difficult personality. Haruo returns to the music world with a challenge: to build a successful choir club with the students of Kawagoe School, where Tenshi attends.

Haruo's intense and unpredictable behavior poses a challenge for the new choir members, but they grow fond of his unique coaching style. As they compete in the national boys' choir competition, questions arise: Can this unlikely group of young singers find harmony and win first prize?
