As previously announced, here is the proposal for a Western release!

Psychic Academy Ora Bansho began serialization in Kodansha's Magazine Z on September 21, 2001, with six issues already published.

Simultaneously, releases have also occurred in Japan, Taiwan, Korea, and Thailand.

The artwork and story are by Aki Katsu.

The main character is a boy named Ai Shiomi, who has just passed the entrance exam for "Aura High School." And, as is typical for school manga, he runs into an old acquaintance: Orina! Well, "old" might be stretching it—they're still teenagers after all ;)

But the mix isn't quite complete yet. After all, Hase, with his aura powers, and the beautiful Myu also want their place by Ai's side! Hmm...

someone's still missing! That's right! It's Ai's older brother, known as Zero. He's world-famous for his aura abilities and for single-handedly stopping the "Evil Lord"!

Most of Ai's classmates have great respect for him and either admire or envy him because of his legendary brother. Many believe he must be nearly as skilled just by virtue of being related to the great hero.

But they overestimate him—unlike Zero, he doesn’t know how to control his own powers and has to work hard to improve... which puts him under enormous pressure.

Maybe one of the two girls will "distract" him, and something will develop?

The artwork is packed with familiar special effects and quite well done, from what I can tell.

However, Aki Katsu's distinct style is clearly recognizable. As for the proportions of the female characters, out of respect for Lina Inverse, I’d better not comment...

AUAA!!!!!! (too late! ^_^")
