Koi wa Sekai Seifuku no Ato de publishes first trailer

On the official website for the TV anime of the manga Koi wa Sekai Seifuku no Ato de (Love After World Domination) by Hiroshi Noda and Takahiro Wakamatsu, a teaser promotional video was released today. The video revealed the main cast, key staff, and a 2022 premiere.



The plot is described as follows:

"The leader of the heroic squadron Gelato 5, aiming to achieve world peace, Aikawa Fudou, and the combat leader of the secret society Gekko, aiming to conquer the world, Magahara Desumi... there was a deep fate between the two, who belong to opposing organizations.... The leader of the heroic sentai force has fallen in love with the commander of the evil team—a hilarious love story where the protagonists try to hide their feelings from their respective subordinates!"

The voice actors for the main characters have already been confirmed: Yūsuke Kobayashi as Fudō Aikawa/Red Gelato and Ikumi Hasegawa as Desumi Magahara/Queen of Death. Fumihiko Tachiki will serve as the narrator of the story.

Noda and Wakamatsu launched the manga in Monthly Shonen Magazine in October 2019. Kodansha released the manga's third volume on April 8. The two manga creators previously collaborated on Ningyohime no Gomen ne Gohan and Isekai Shikkaku.
