On the official website for the TV anime adaptation of the manga Kono Healer, Mendokusai by Tannen ni Hakkō, a promotional video for the anime was released today. The video reveals the main characters, staff, the performer of the opening theme song, and the premiere date in 2022.

Kono Healer, Mendokusai is an "otherworldly, bumbling adventure comedy" about Kara, a dark elf who speaks her mind, and Alvin, an armored warrior who happens to team up with Kara. Aguri Ōnishi voices the dark elf Karla, while Takuya Satō plays Karla's companion Arvin. Ōnishi also performs the anime's opening theme song.

Nobuaki Nakanishi serves as the director for the project at Studio Jumondou. Shimo Fumihiko will compose the music and write the script for the upcoming anime. Lastly, Chisato Kikunaga is in charge of character design.
