The seventh volume of Kore Yamazaki’s manga The Ancient Magus’ Bride had been shipped on Friday. The company also announced on Friday that the manga will be adapted into a television animation. The new visual of the manga contains text “This is a story told so that you may know the beauty of the world.

There are already three prequels anime of the manga have been released with the title The Ancient Magus’ Bride: Those Awaiting a Star-they were released by Wit Studio. The first part had been premiered for two weeks, and the anime run in eight theatres in Japan on 13 August 2016. After this, six complete volume of the manga was bundled in December. The second part was released in seven Japanese theatres on 4 February. They will also ship the seventh volume of the manga on Friday. They are planning to release the third part on 19 August, and also they will ship the eighth volume of the manga on 9 September. They have also announced that they will ship the Blue-ray Disc in the winter season.

The original anime story was written by Yamazaki, and the animation is directing by Norihiro Naganuma at Wit Studio. Aya Takaha is managing the script of the animation, and Hirotaka Kato is the character designer of the animation. Bamboo is managing the background art of the animation. Junichi Matsumoto is the music composer for the animation.

There is also a manga animated by Wit Studio, they have also uploaded a promotional video of it in March 2016. In the promotional video, they had shown some scenes of the manga story.

In 2013, the series was launched Yamazaki in Monthly Comic Blade magazine of Mag Garden, and in 2014, the series moved to Comic Garden.
