Kubo-san wa Mob where Yurusanai will be released in January 2023

The anime adaptation of the manga Kubo-san wa Mob wo Yurusanai (translated: Kubo Won't Let Me Be Invisible) is set to air on Japanese television early next year, in January 2023.



Alongside the release date, two new voice actors for the anime Kubo-san wa Mob wo Yurusanai have been announced. They are Ito Miku and Amamiya Sora, who will play Akina Kubo and Saki Kubo, Nagisa's sister and cousin, respectively. The main cast of the romantic comedy was already revealed earlier: Kana Hanazawa as Nagisa Kubo and Kengo Kawanishi as Junta Shiraishi.

The manga "Kubo-san wa Boku Mob wo Yurusanai" by Nene Yukimori was serialized in October 2019 in Weekly Young Jump magazine by Shueisha and is described as follows:

Junta Shiraishi is a high school freshman who always goes unnoticed by others, even when standing right next to someone. But his classmate Kubo, who calls herself "his heroine," constantly notices and teases him. We can all become special to someone, but maybe it's still too early to call that "love." And perhaps this story can't even be called a "romantic comedy" yet.
