Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear Punch! Anime season 2 releases third promotional video

The team for Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear Punch!, the second season of the anime based on Kumanano and 029's Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear light novels, released the series' third promotional video on Friday. The anime will premiere on April 3.



Yuu Nobuta returns as director, with EMT Squared as the animation studio. Hisashi Ishii resumes his role as series director, while Takashi Aoshima is in charge of the series scripts. Yuki Nakano continues to design the characters and serves as chief animation director, with Shigeo Komori composing the music once again.

Azumi Waki, who voices Fina in the anime, performs the opening song "Kimi to no Mirai." Maki Kawase, the voice of Yuna, sings the ending theme "Zutto." The first season premiered in October 2020 and consisted of 12 episodes, which Funimation streamed in Japan with an English dub.

The story follows 15-year-old Yuna, who spends her time playing her favorite VRMMO game instead of going to school. When she receives a powerful and unique bear costume through a new update, she gets transported into the game world, where she faces real monsters and magic—and her bear costume becomes her greatest weapon.
