The renowned animation studio Production I.G has realized a short animation production for the jewelry house Cartier. The film bears the title "La Panthère de Cartier" (German: The Cartier Panther) and was developed in collaboration with the well-known manga artist Naoki Urasawa as creative partner.

The project thematizes the Panthère de Cartier, an iconic symbol of the luxury company. The completion of the film coincided with the opening of the new Cartier boutique in the Tokyo Ginza district.

The Japanese dubbing assembles several prominent voices. The speaker list includes Mitsuki Takahata, Kaya Kiyohara, Tomoko Yamaguchi, and Ken Watanabe.

For the end title of the animation film, singer Mitsuki Takahata contributes the singing. The musical composition originates from Takefumi Esaki, the text was written by Mai Sakamoto.
