Last trailer for “Pon no Michi” before the TV start

The second promo video for the TV anime "Pon no Michi" has been released to welcome the new year with greetings from Nashiko and other characters. This PV features the opening song "Ponpopopon" by Nakada Kana feat. Pon no Michi All-Stars and highlights individual characters such as Nashiko, Pai, Izumi, Rieche, Hane, and Chombo. The video showcases them during various seasonal events like New Year, Christmas, beach trips, and festivals, all taking place in their playful hangout spot—a former mahjong parlor.

"Pon no Michi" will begin airing on January 5th on MBS and other networks. It tells the story of high school girls living in Onomichi, Hiroshima, who use an old mahjong parlor as their playground. This anime is Kodansha's first television animation production, directed and written by Tatsuma Minamikawa. The character designs are by Haruba Negi, known for "The Quintessential Quintuplets." The anime is produced by OLM.
