In "Liar Liar - Episode 7," the episode begins with a mysterious figure scolding a character named Little Devil for failing to deal with a "pitiful fraud." This figure is revealed to be Kurahashi, the principal of Seijo Academy. He threatens Little Devil, but his threats are interrupted by Shinohara Hiroto, who exposes Kurahashi's misdeeds in front of a large audience.

The episode then shifts to the final day of the All-Campus Elimination Battle. The remaining competitors are Shinohara Hiroto, the strongest of the Academic Island, and Little Devil, also known as Akizuki Noa. Noa admits that she tried to steal Hiroto's stars using illegal methods and wishes to withdraw from the competition. However, Hiroto stops her by informing her that, according to a survey, 99.5% of Eimei students believe it wasn't her fault. Hiroto then surprisingly withdraws himself, making Noa the winner and the new Eimei Ace.

Later in the episode, the rules and strategies of the game ASTRAL are explained, which will take place in May as part of the Inter-Academy Battle. This game involves capturing bases, expanding territories, and using spells. The participants discuss their roles, with Hiroto and Enomoto Shinji both vying for the position of commander. They reach an agreement: Hiroto will start as the commander and must eliminate three other commanders by the end of the third day, or he will pass the role to Shinji.

Toward the end of the episode, Hiroto receives a call informing him that a third Saionji Sarasa has appeared.
