On the official website of the series, several new cast members as well as the premiere date in summer have just been announced.

Joining the already known ensemble are Rika Tachibana as Noa Akizuki, Yurika Moriyama as Tsumugi Shiina, Houko Kuwashima as Natsume Ichinose, Hibiku Yamamura as Ami Kagaya, Momoko Seto as Fūka Tatara, and Mai Mochizuki as Yūki Tsuji.

For those unfamiliar with the story: "Liar Liar" is set on a fictional "Academy" island where students battle for their rank through a mix of mind games, romantic comedies, and high-stakes competitions. The protagonist, Hiroto Shinohara (voiced by Genta Nakamura), rises to the top student through lies and bluffing, aided by allies like Shirayuki Himeji (voiced by Yukina Shutō) and Sarasa Saionji (voiced by Wakana Kuramochi).

The anime's production team includes directors Satoru Ōno and Naoki Matsuura, screenwriter Momoko Toyoda, character designer Yumi Nakamura, and a host of other artists, composers, and technicians. The anime is based on the light novel series by Haruki Kuō and promises a unique and entertaining viewing experience for fans of the genre.
