Light novel "An Archdemon's Dilemma - How to Love Your Elf Bride" is scheduled to be released as an anime TV series in 2024

The novel "An Archdemon's Dilemma - How to Love Your Elf Bride" by Fumiji Tejima is set to be adapted into a TV anime series in 2024.







The story, affectionately nicknamed "MadoMe," revolves around Zagan, a sorcerer viewed by the public as evil. At a dark auction, Zagan falls head over heels for an elf girl named Nephy. After spending his entire fortune to acquire her, he takes her to his castle. However, Zagan, awkward and socially inept, has no idea how to interact with Nephy. The series portrays the comedic and romantic aspects of their life together.

The original novel under HJ Bunko is currently available up to Volume 17. There are also manga adaptations by Hako Itagaki and a spin-off manga series by Momo Futaba. With over 1.8 million copies sold in total, the entire series has a large fanbase. About a year ago, it was announced that an anime adaptation was in the works.
