"Lv2 Cheat" announces additional actors and third trailer

The TV anime "The Relaxed Life of a Former Hero Candidate Who Turned Out to be a Cheat from Level 2" will premiere on April 8. Alongside this announcement, the series has released its third promotional video.

The anime is based on a fantasy story and follows the tale of Banaza, a young merchant who is summoned to another world as a "hero candidate." Although he initially possesses the abilities of a level 1 ordinary citizen, Banaza discovers immense powers upon reaching level 2. He takes on the name Friou and begins a modest life as a newlywed with Fenris, a girl from the Fang Wolf tribe whom he meets in this new world.

The newly announced cast members bring a variety of talents to the series. Yui Horie voices the demon of light and darkness, Hiya; Tomoaki Maeno lends his voice to Goul, the demon lord said to be the strongest; Yukari Tamura plays Goul's assistant, Uriminus; Shizuka Ito portrays Damalinasse, a fallen sorcerer who wields dark magic; Daiki Kusunoki voices Goul's brother, Yuiguard; and Rie Arai takes on the role of Yuiguard's subordinate, Fufun.
