Singer and voice actress Maaya Sakamoto will release the best-of album 'Yoin' on July 29, 2026, which brings together all the songs she has performed for the smartphone RPG Fate/Grand Order (FGO). The work encompasses eleven years of the series' music history—from the opening theme 'Shikisai' released at the game's launch in 2015 to the final chapter hymn 'Tokei' released in 2025. The latter, which was digitally released in late 2025, will be pressed on CD for the first time.
The first CD contains six tracks: 'Shikisai', 'Gyakko' (theme of the second part), 'Kuuhaku' (from Fate/Grand Order Arcade), 'Yakudo' (second half of Part 2), 'Dokuhaku' (from the film Fate/Grand Order – Divine Realm of the Round Table: Camelot – Prologue), and 'Tokei'. The second disc features previously known unplugged versions of 'Shikisai' and 'Gyakko', as well as a newly recorded unplugged version of 'Yakudo'. Additionally, there is a special extra: Sakamoto's own cover of 'Toumei', originally sung by Mamoru Miyano. Sakamoto wrote the lyrics for 'Toumei' for the film Fate/Grand Order – Divine Realm of the Round Table: Camelot – Epilogue.
The limited first edition will be released as a 2CD+Blu-ray set. The Blu-ray includes the recording of the stream-exclusive unplugged concert for the 6th FGO anniversary, performed in 2021 at Tokyo Opera City, as well as the music video for 'Tokei'. The elaborately designed package is enhanced by a double-sided printed sleeve featuring an exclusive illustration by Takashi Takeuchi (TYPE-MOON). Prices are 4,950 yen (Limited Edition) and 2,750 yen (Regular Edition). Retailers such as Animate, Gamers, Tower Records, HMV, Amazon Japan, Rakuten Books, Seven Net Shopping, and the Victor Online Store offer their own order bonuses.
The release falls in Sakamoto's 30th career year, which she celebrated with, among other things, a large anniversary concert at Ariake Arena in April 2026. The album is released by JVC Kenwood Victor Entertainment and will also be available simultaneously on streaming and download platforms.
