The second season of the anime series "Made in Abyss" will be shown nationwide in Japanese theaters a few weeks before the start of the new theatrical film series. As rights holder KADOKAWA announced on August 8, "Made in Abyss: The Golden City of the Scorching Sun" (Japanese: "Meido in Abisu: Retsujitsu no Ōgonkyō") will be shown on the big screen for a limited time in two blocks.
