Further details have been announced for the animated series "Mahōtsukai Kunon wa Mieteiru". New staff members as well as a first visual insight are now available.

The plot follows the development of the blind magician Kunon, who tries to replace his eyesight through magical aids and scientific methods. The story shows his academic path and the challenges in realizing his ambitious goals.

Kito Akari has been cast as an additional voice actress, taking on the role of Milika Huglia. This character represents the ninth princess of the Huglia kingdom and is connected to Kunon as his fiancée. The voice actress characterized her character as a sincere person with lovable traits, whose affection for Kunon is central.

A first compilation of moving images begins with flashbacks to earlier experiences of the main character. The sequence shows both humorous moments with the maid Iko and everyday practice in magical arts. Also shown is the interaction between Kunon and his fiancée Milika.

Ōba Hideaki is directing the production, while the series concept and scripts are by Kōnatsuyu. The voice of the main character Kunon is provided by Hayami Saori, while Uchida Maaya is heard as the maid Iko. The animation is produced by Studio Platinum Vision.
