Inori Minase will play the titular character Reina Aharen, and Takuma Terashima will play Raidō.

The manga follows the "indecipherable" everyday life of the small and quiet Reina Aharen and Raidō, who sits next to her in class. Aharen isn't very good at judging the distance between people (or personal boundaries), and Raidō initially felt some distance between them. One day, when Raidō picked up the eraser Aharen had dropped, the gap between them suddenly became uncomfortably close.
