Fans of the manga series Given, take note! The magazine Cheri+ has announced that Natsuki Kizu's series will conclude with the next chapter in the May issue, which releases on March 30.

Given first appeared in April 2013 in the pages of Cheri+. The manga was adapted into an anime series with 11 episodes, which aired in the summer of 2019 and hit theaters in August 2020. The anime series, the film, and the OVA were streamed by Crunchyroll with subtitles in multiple languages and an English dub for the TV series.

The story follows Mafuyu Satou, who can't shake off a melody stuck in his head. He meets his classmate Ritsuka Uenoyama, the guitarist of a band, who helps Mafuyu express his feelings and join the band. Together with the kind-hearted bassist Haruki Nakayama and the rough-edged drummer Akihiko Kaji, the band faces challenges that ultimately bring the members closer together.

Given is a touching story about music, emotions, and friendship, and it will be a bittersweet farewell as the manga comes to an end. But the memories and the impression it has left on readers will surely last a lifetime.
