Masamune-kun no Revenge S2 - Episode 5

In episode 5 of "Masamune-kun's Revenge S2," the story unfolds with a confrontation between Makabe and Kanetsugu. Makabe reveals his true identity as the boy who was bullied for his weight and was saved by Aki when he ran into her garden eight years ago. This revelation leaves Aki and Kanetsugu shocked.

However, Aki decides to believe Makabe's words, leaving Kanetsugu confused. In a surprising twist, Kanetsugu reveals that she is actually a girl who disguised herself as a boy to protect her family's reputation. She also discloses that she has sold her villa to cover all expenses and now lives in an apartment.

Meanwhile, Makabe is bombarded with confessions from other girls, all of which he rejects, stating that he is already in a relationship with someone. This news spreads through the school and causes a stir among the students.

Amidst all this, Makabe receives a message from Aki, asking him to buy her bread for lunch. He agrees, but the conversation is awkward as they are still adjusting to their new relationship status.

Later, Makabe has a conversation with Fujinomiya, who knows about his relationship with Aki. She jokingly suggests that he should take responsibility for the mess he's caused by making her his wife, which flusters Makabe.

Toward the end of the episode, Makabe meets with Koiwai, who gives him one final piece of advice: he should celebrate Aki's birthday, which falls on Christmas Eve. She also informs him that she will no longer contact him, marking the end of their master-servant relationship.
