'Mashle: Magic and Muscles' Anime Series Confirmed Season Two To Premiere In January

The anime adaptation of Hajime Kōmoto's "Mashle: Magic and Muscles" continues to develop with the recent confirmation of a second season. With this announcement, the series concludes its 12th episode and will begin its next chapter in January. The upcoming season promises to cover the "Divine Visionary Selection Exam Arc."



The series is directed by Tomonari Tanaka, while Yousuke Kuroda is in charge of the script. Hisashi Higashijima is on board as the character designer, and the series' music is composed by Masaru Yokoyama. The opening theme, "Knock Out," is performed by Taiiku Okazaki, and the ending theme, "Shū Cream Funk" (Cream Puff Funk), is performed by Philosophy no Dance.

"Mashle" is set in a world where magic is an integral part of daily life: "Magic and Muscles" follows a young man who lives deep in the forest and enjoys a peaceful life with his father despite his inability to use magic. However, his life is thrown into chaos, and his muscular physique might be his only defense against malevolent magic users.
