Mashle: Magic and Muscles Season 2 Reveals Key Visual, Teaser Video and New Cast Details

The second season of the TV anime "Mashle: Magic and Muscles," based on the manga by Hajime Komoto, has revealed its key visual and a teaser. Additionally, the cast for the characters known as the "Divine Visionaries," as well as the artist responsible for the opening theme, has been announced.

Among the new cast members is Yuki Kaji, who will play the role of Rain Ames. Alongside him, Junichi Suwabe will voice Lance Crown, Yuki Ono as Orter Madle, Nobunaga Shimazaki as Carpaccio Gehenna, Kishou Taniyama as Renatus Revol, Tomori Kusunoki as Tsurara Halestone, and Saori Hayami as Sofina Brevia. Comments from Suwabe, Ono, and Shimazaki, representing the cast, have also been released.

The opening theme song, titled "Bling-Bang-Bang-Born," will be performed by Creepy Nuts.

"Mashle: Magic and Muscles" is set in a world where magic is commonplace and follows Mash Burnedead, a young man with no magical abilities but extraordinary physical strength. He enrolls in a magical academy with the goal of becoming a "Divine Visionary," the highest rank one can achieve. The original manga is serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump (Shueisha) and has been compiled into 18 volumes. The second season of the anime is set to air starting January 2024.
