The original TV anime "Mebius Dust" by Studio Doga Kobo has announced the six voice actors for the elite team "February Roars" (Februar-Röhrer). The team consists of intelligent and well-mannered youths who will play an important role in the series. The anime is being produced as part of the crowdsourcing project "Project ANIMA," which promotes original stories from fans. The series premieres on July 9, 2026, on Tokyo MX, BS Fuji, and MBS.

The story takes place ten years after a meteorite impact that releases mysterious particles called "Mebius Dust." These particles grant some children special abilities known as "Rams." However, the so-called Rams carriers can only survive within the city of Shinkatsushika, as they depend on the presence of Mebius Dust. Frustrated by their limited freedom of movement, the youths engage in fierce territorial battles using their Rams. The protagonist Araki, his sister Stella, and their childhood friend Olga form the team "Polis Hopper" and dive into the nightly game. When Rams researcher Dr. Yuda asks them for help with an experiment, fate takes its course.

The newly announced team February Roars is led by Suzaku, a cool and intelligent leader. The voice actors are: Ayaka Atsuchi as Suzaku, Ayaka Fukuhara as Kyoko (the athletic, bespectacled partner of Suzaku), Tomoyuki Ohno as Kei (who dreams of an idol career but is hopelessly tone-deaf), Rina Honnizumi as Anzu (the most reliable member and a gifted singer), Hiroki Nakamura as Katsuki (who makes his decisions by fortune-telling), and Sayaka Senbongi as Maria (a pretty girl who never turns down a fight). The voice actors expressed their excitement about their roles in accompanying comments.

The main characters are voiced by Yuto Takenaka (Araki), Nene Hieda (Stella), and Haruka Sato (Olga). The opening theme "Mebius" is by Leo Ieiri, and the ending theme "Dilemma" is by Ai Tomioka. The director is Taro Iwasaki, series composition is by Yoriko Tomita, character design by Hatsume Kojima, and music composed by DÉ DÉ MOUSE. The anime is set to have 12 episodes.
