The original anime Mebius Dust by studio Doga Kobo will premiere on Japanese television on July 9, 2026. As announced by producer Asmik Ace, the series will air on TOKYO MX, BS Fuji, and MBS. With the release of the first main promotional video and a new key visual, six additional voice actors and the ending theme song have also been revealed.

The story is set ten years after a meteorite impact. The mysterious particle Mebius Dust has endowed some children with supernatural abilities called Rammus. However, those affected can only live in the city of Shirakatsushika, as they depend on the dust's range. To cope with the frustration of their limited freedom, the youths engage in thrilling territory battles in teams. High school student Araki, together with his sister Stella and childhood friend Olga, forms the group Police Hopper. When Rammus researcher Dr. Yuda asks them for help with an experiment, fate takes its course.

The fresh key visual shows the main characters against the city backdrop and bears the slogan "Power of a miracle or chain of fate?" The first main PV offers an extensive first look at the action-packed battles of the Rammus bearers and introduces over thirty characters.

Joining the previously announced main cast featuring Yuto Takenaka (Araki), Nene Hieda (Stella), and Haruka Sato (Olga) are six more voice actors. Taiyo Saka voices Shosei, the older brother of the group. Aoi Ichikawa lends his voice to the thoughtful Kai, while Sohei Horikane portrays the arrogant Haruto. Sōmi Matsuda takes on the role of Kurusu, a boyish girl with a strange fixation on Araki. Her twin sister Spica is voiced by Shiori Mikami, and Maki Kawase steps into the role of the eccentric Dr. Yuda. The ending theme is by Ai Tomioka and is titled "Dilemma." Composer DÉ DÉ MOUSE, who is responsible for the entire film score, wrote 55 pieces within one month.

A live-streaming special will take place on June 28, 2026, at 7:30 PM Japanese time, featuring Takenaka, Hieda, Matsuda, and Kawase. During this event, approximately 15 minutes of the first episode will be shown in advance.

Mebius Dust originates from the third round of the Project ANIMA initiative, which annually promotes original anime concepts from public submissions. The director is Taro Iwasaki (Sweetness and Lightning), with series composition by Yoriko Tomita (My Dress-Up Darling). Character design is by Hatsume Kojima.
