The story takes place in a world where 90 percent of humanity has been wiped out by an invasion. The survivors live in a bunker, where their lives are monitored and their memories of the invasion are erased. Three teenagers from the bunker are chosen to pilot three machines that combine to form the Musashi robot, made of a material called Megatronium alloy.
