Milet's "One Reason" is the theme song from "Shika no Ou: Yuna to Yakusoku no Tabi"

Shika no Ou: Yuna to Yakusoku no Tabi revealed that singer Milet will perform the film's theme song titled 'One Reason.' The announcement was made alongside a new promotional trailer for the film.



Shika no Ou: Yuna to Yakusoku no Tabi is scheduled to premiere in Japanese theaters on September 18, 2021, and is directed by Masashi Ando.

The novel by Nahoko Uehashi was originally published in two volumes in 2015 under the Kadokawa imprint and was reprinted in mid-2017, with the work gaining much of its current audience during this second release.

The story follows Van, who leads a group of soldiers destined to die in battle for their homeland against a vast empire seeking to annex the territory. Instead of dying, Van is eventually captured and forced into slavery in a salt mine. One night, a pack of strange dogs attacks the mine, unleashing a mysterious disease. During the chaos, Van seizes the chance to escape and encounters a young girl who also survived the epidemic. Her life becomes intertwined with that of the physician Hossal, who risks everything to find a cure for the outbreak.
