Momochi-san Chi no Ayakashi Ouji - Episode 9

In this episode, Aoi grows worried about Himari's late return from Kagome Park, which she had gone to explore with friends. The park is known for its eerie atmosphere and rumors of ghosts, which have kept people from visiting. Senoo, a friend of Himari, tries to scare the group by pretending to be a ghost, hoping to spread new rumors. However, the group recognizes him, and after a brief fright, they find the situation amusing. Senoo's strange behavior and a forgotten memory about the park are discussed among the friends.

Later, at the Momochi household, Himari encounters Senoo again, but he acts strangely and hints at wanting to enter the house. A confrontation ensues when a mysterious Ayakashi, mistaken for Senoo, attacks her. Aoi and the other residents defend Himari and attempt to drive away the Ayakashi. During the confrontation, black feathers signal the arrival of Nachi, who reveals a past connection to Aoi.

Nachi, posing as a teacher, unveils his true form and declares his intention to free Aoi from the bonds of the house by turning him into a Shikigami, a spirit servant. Aoi resists, and Nachi suggests that Aoi's disappearance might come as a relief to the others. The episode ends with a tense standoff between Aoi and Nachi, leaving the fate of Aoi and the Momochi household uncertain.
