More Announcements on Apparently, Disillusioned Adventurers Will Save the World Launch

The official website for the anime Apparently, Disillusioned Adventurers Will Save the World (Ningen Fushin no Bōkensha-tachi ga Sekai o Sukuu Yō Desu) released the second trailer and a new promotional image for the series last week. The video previews the ending theme song "Never Fear," performed by singer Mao Abe. Additionally, the premiere date for the anime was announced, set for January 10, 2023. A character trailer focusing on Nick was also released.





Ningen Fushin no Bōkensha-tachi ga Sekai o Sukuu Yō Desu is a fantasy light novel series written by Shinta Fuji. It began serialization on the Shōsetsuka ni Narō website in January 2019 and was later published by Kadokawa under their MF Books imprint, with illustrations by Susumu Kuroi. Currently, 3 volumes have been released. There is also a manga adaptation by Masaki Kawakami.

The story begins with Nick, who was part of a battle-hardened group of adventurers, being banished one day by their leader, whom he regarded as a father figure. Nick was falsely accused of embezzlement, despite supporting his neglected comrades with money and knowledge. He is even abandoned by his lover. However, Nick ends up in a tavern, where he shares a table with the daughter of a fallen noble family, an excommunicated priest, and a dragon warrior. The other three are also adventurers who have lost trust in people after being betrayed by someone. Nick and the others consider joining forces, united by their distrust of others. Thus, they form their own adventurer party to survive.
