On the official website for the TV anime adaptation of Rui Tsukiyo and Reia's The World's Finest Assassin Gets Reincarnated in a Different World as an Aristocrat (Sekai Saikō no Ansatsusha, Isekai Kizoku ni Tensei Suru), the September premiere date and the series' theme songs were announced today. Yui Ninomiya will perform the opening song "Dark Seeks Light," while Aira Yūki will perform the ending song "A Promise."

Masafumi Tamura is directing, alongside scriptwriter Katsuhiko Takayama and character designer Eri Nagata. The anime itself is being produced by SILVER LINK and Studio Palette.

Yen Press is publishing the novels in English and describes the story as follows:
