A new key visual and trailer have been released for the announced anime film "Boku no Kokoro no Yabai Yatsu" (English: "The Dangers in My Heart"). The film is based on the manga series of the same name by Norio Sakurai.

The released key visual shows the protagonists Kyōtarō Ichikawa and Anna Yamata in a scene under blooming cherry trees. Around them, other characters from the series can be seen, including Moeko Sekine, Chihiro Kobayashi, Serina Yoshida, and Haruya Nanjō. The also presented trailer offers new insights into the plot. It contains scenes that summarize the previous development of the relationship between Ichikawa and Yamata, as well as a sequence in which the band "Primary COLOR" from Ichikawa's sister Kana has a live performance.

The musical score for the film has also been announced. The title song named "Akane" is contributed by the music group Yorushika. The group was already responsible for the opening song of the first TV anime season. A part of the new song can be heard in the trailer.

Various advance sales campaigns for cinema tickets have started. Since December 2nd, tickets for the second "Mubichike" advance sales wave have been available, which come with a special ticket case as a bonus. Previously, on December 1st, advance sales for limited editions began, which are equipped, for example, with an acrylic panel or a special print.

The film combines newly arranged content from the TV anime series with a completely new story that takes place after the events of the second season. Its release is planned for February 13, 2026.
