Mushoku Tensei S2 - Episode 20: Into the Labyrinth

Episode 20 of Mushoku Tensei S2 begins with Rudeus and Elinalise arriving at the guild hall and finding Paul. Elinalise wants to inquire about Paul and Geese, but Geese appears. He informs them about Zenith's condition and leads them to Paul.

Geese warns Rudeus and Elinalise to avoid a fight with Paul. Rudeus reunites with his father, who is desperate because he couldn't save Zenith. Rudeus calms him by telling him about his upcoming child and introducing Elinalise, who forgives Paul for past conflicts. They discuss rescuing Zenith from a labyrinth.

Paul explains that Zenith is trapped in a dangerous labyrinth and there is little information about her condition. Talhand, a dwarf, joins them, and they prepare to enter the labyrinth. Rudeus gives them an important guide from the university that will help them overcome the labyrinth's challenges.

They descend into the labyrinth, avoid the traps, and discuss their strategy. Rudeus shares details about his life, including his marriage to Sylphie. The group encounters various obstacles, but Rudeus' knowledge and the guide assist them.

Geese and Talhand discuss the dangers of the labyrinth and emphasize the need for caution. They speculate about the whereabouts of Roxy, who has been missing for a month. The episode ends with Roxy fighting for survival in another part of the labyrinth, calling for help, but she is saved at the last moment by Rudeus.
