In this episode, Jiro faces a sudden attack from All for One but stands her ground despite her injuries. Drawing on memories of her friends' suffering, she counters with her vibration attacks, targeting his mask suit, which is her life-support system. Meanwhile, the stolen Quirks inside All for One rebel, making his attacks more difficult.

As Endeavor lies on the ground, Hawks, Jiro, and Tokoyami take turns attacking, damaging All for One's suit piece by piece. All for One reflects on the rebellion of his Quirks, wondering if their copied nature is the issue. Finally, he breaks free and launches an attack with blade-like structures protruding from his body, injuring Hawks. Endeavor saves Jiro and Tokoyami, and in a flashback, his younger self scolds him for his insecurity around All Might.

In a fit of rage, Endeavor declares his duty to end the fight and unleashes lethal attacks that remind All for One of All Might. Endeavor resolves to leave the past behind and live for the future of his son, Shoto. With All for One in his grasp, he unleashes the hottest Prominence Burn he has ever produced, completely incinerating All for One. Yet to his horror, All for One begins regenerating.

Meanwhile, the heroes of Coffin in the Sky are exhausted after battling Shigaraki's destructive growth. Bakugo, recalling his past powerlessness and his friendships, uses his strongest attack, Howitzer Impact Cluster, against Shigaraki. However, Shigaraki effortlessly deflects the assault and states that the only thing about Bakugo that interests him is his connection to Midoriya.
