In a cave, All for One appoints Spinner as the leader of the villains while Shigaraki recovers. Spinner, now the leader of the Heteromorphs, struggles with his identity.

At the UA evacuation shelter, All for One's spies blend in among the evacuees with orders to cause chaos and lure out Midoriya.

Midoriya and her classmates return from a difficult search. All Might informs them of the final plan. An announcement reveals that Shigaraki will make his move in four days, and martial law will be declared to strengthen defenses.

The UA students say goodbye to their families and head to Troy, a temporary fortress 30 km away from UA, to prepare for the final battle. Midoriya thanks Uraraka for her support in the last fight.

All for One considers a lie-detection ability among his stolen arsenal. He plans to use Aoyama to steal One for All.

Aoyama reveals his true identity to Midoriya and explains All for One's plan to dominate the world. He successfully deceives All for One, buying time for the other heroes to arrive through Kurogiri's Warp Gate, a teleportation quirk.

Meanwhile, All for One prepares his villains. He is puzzled by his inability to detect the deception of Aoyama and his parents but remains confident of his impending victory. The epic battle begins.
