Are you ready for some heart-wrenching action? Because My Home Hero is coming in April. And I can tell you that we have some exciting updates for you.

First of all, there’s a brand-new key visual. But that’s not all—we also have some new faces in the cast. Welcome Koichi Yamadera as Shino, Katsuhiro Tokuishi as Takeda, and Mitsuhiro Sakamaki as Bin Tabada. They join our main cast members Junichi Suwabe as Tetsuo Tosu, Rumi Ookubo as Hibiki, and Akio Ootsuka as Kubo.

The anime My Home Hero is based on the manga of the same name by Naoki Yamakawa, illustrated by Masashi Asaki, which is currently serialized in Kodansha’s Weekly Young Magazine. The story follows Tetsuo Tosu, a hardworking office worker who walks the path of destruction for the sake of his daughter and family.

Let’s not forget the talented creative team behind the anime. Kohei Kiyasu handles series composition, Masatsune Noguchi takes care of character design, Kenji Kawai composes the music, Takumi Ito is the sound director, and Yukio Abe is the art designer.

Naoki Yamakawa, the author of the manga, is also known for the popular manga I’m Standing on a Million Lives, which was also adapted into an anime with two seasons airing in 2020 and 2021.
