The final episode of "My Tiny Senpai" begins with Shinozaki and Katase grappling with the newfound awkwardness in their relationship. Both want to deepen their friendship but don’t know how to go about it. The idea of going to an amusement park comes to them when they overhear their colleague Yamagishi talking about his annual trip to one.

At the office, Kurusu presents her dream project, "Meowtaro Land," an amusement park based on the company’s popular character Meowtaro. The team considers visiting an amusement park during the upcoming Golden Week, but scheduling conflicts prevent a group outing. Shinozaki and Katase seize the opportunity and decide to go to the amusement park alone.

Both Shinozaki and Katase put a lot of thought into their outfits for the day. They meet at the amusement park and spend the day enjoying rides and games. When they try to take a commemorative photo, they are interrupted by Shinozaki’s sister Chihiro and their manager Hayakawa, who happen to be at the amusement park as well.

The episode ends with Shinozaki and Katase affirming their friendship and taking a step beyond just being coworkers. They decide to spend more time together outside of work, opening a new chapter in their relationship.
