During a routine bamboo shoot gathering, Ryota encounters a woman named Eric Macy. Later, Ryota and Emily meet a young girl named Olga who is in distress. Her father, Orton, has gone missing. They find Orton in the Arsenic dungeon, where he had fallen asleep while collecting parts for a new prototype of a magical cart. After helping Orton, he thanks them and gifts Ryota and Emily a magical cart.

The episode ends with Ryota and Emily deciding to keep their old house and move into a new one. They believe that the wealth they have accumulated from their adventures should be used to protect their beloved home.
