Episode 13 of "Nanatsu no Maken ga Shihai Suru (Reign of the Seven Spellblades)" begins with the group, led by Ms. Miligan, making their way through the second layer of the labyrinth, known as the lively forest. They encounter a giant tree, Irminsul, and discuss the labyrinth's unique ecology, which includes a sun that never sets.

On their journey, they come across a territorial magical beast. Nanao manages to defuse the tension by showing respect and requesting entry, which the creature grants. The group praises Nanao's quick thinking, which they attribute to Katie's advice on understanding magical beasts.

The episode then shifts to Stacey and Lynette, who are also in the labyrinth. Stacey is worried about Fay and reveals that her relationship with him is different from her relationships with other men. Lynette wonders why Stacey is so concerned about Fay.

Back with the main group, they encounter one of Ophelia's chimeras. A battle ensues, with the group employing various strategies to defeat the creature. They discover that it can regenerate its limbs, forcing them to adapt their tactics. Oliver takes a risky move to expose the chimera's weakness but gets injured in the process. Nanao and Chela manage to finish it off.

Meanwhile, Pete wakes up in Ophelia Salvadori's workshop. Another captive gives him magical orbs to help him escape and call for help. Pete learns that the perfume in the air affects men, but the other captive is immune because they were transformed into a woman. The captive entrusts Pete with the orbs and their life, asking for his name before the episode ends.

The episode concludes with a teaser for the next episode titled "Salvadori," hinting that Ophelia Salvadori and her dark plans will take center stage.
