A new anime adaptation of the once popular (and still beloved by many) Trigun manga will be released next year under the title "Trigun Stampede." The only thing we know about the project so far is that it is being produced by Orange Studios.

The first Trigun anime aired on Japanese television between April and October 1998 and consisted of a total of 26 episodes. It was animated by Madhouse Studio under the direction of Satoshi Nishimura. More than ten years later, in 2010, Trigun received an animated film titled Trigun: Badlands Rumble from the same studio and with the same director.

Vash the Stampede is a gunslinger on the run, with a bounty of 60 billion dollars on his head, making it difficult for him to go anywhere without being hunted. Every town he visits is destroyed by his pursuers, but miraculously, no one is killed.
