New anime adaptation: "Duel Masters LOST ～The Crystal of Reminiscence～" will be released in autumn

The upcoming anime adaptation "Duel Masters LOST ～The Crystal of Reminiscence～," based on the work by Shigenobu Matsumoto and illustrated by Hiroshi Kanrin, is set to release in the fall. The announcement was made alongside a teaser image and a special announcement video.

The story takes place in the manga series "Duel Masters LOST ～The Crystal of Reminiscence～" serialized in Weekly CoroCoro Comic. It follows the protagonist Zansatsu Win, who lives in Shinjuku, Tokyo, amidst a series of mysterious disappearances. With no memory of his past, Win struggles to navigate school and work, spending his evenings with his classmates Niika and others in a park, leading a life filled with frustration. His daily life is thrown into chaos when a new transfer student, Crista, appears and claims to know everything about him.

Produced by J.C.STAFF, the anime features characters like Win, Niika, and Crista in a teaser video set in a Shinjuku park, hinting at the presence of the imperial villain Jashin behind Win with the ruins of Shinjuku in the background. The announcement video also revealed the voices of Win, played by Shotaro Uzawa, and Jashin, voiced by Wataru Hatano.
