The light novel series *Isekai Travelogue of a Material Collector* (Japanese: *Sozai Saishu-ka no Isekai Ryokouki*) by author Kinoko Masuo is receiving a TV anime adaptation. A first teaser visual as well as information about the production team has been released.

The story follows Takeru Kamishiro, an average office worker who is reborn in the fantasy world of Madeus after his death. Equipped with superhuman abilities—including enhanced physical strength, extraordinary magic, and a sense for valuable resources—he embarks on an epic journey to uncover the secrets of this world.

The original novel won both the grand prize and the audience award at the 9th AlphaPolis Fantasy Novel Award. Volume 16, the latest installment in the series, will be released on March 17. Additionally, a manga adaptation by Tomozo is currently serialized, spanning eight volumes so far.

For the anime, Yoshinori Odaka (director), Tokumori Ichikawa (script), and Mayumi Watanabe (character design) are responsible. The animation is handled by studios Tatsunoko Production and SynergySP, known for their expertise in the fantasy genre.
