Alongside the anime, a manga adaptation of the new story titled Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha EXCEEDS will begin serialization on April 16. The artwork is by Kawakami Shuichi (Matoi the Sacred Slayer), with the original concept by series creator Tsuzuki Masaki. The manga will be published in the Sirius magazine (Kodansha) and released monthly on the first and third Wednesday of each month. A preview of the first 18 pages is currently being showcased in a special exhibition at the "Lirical☆Store" in Osaka.

The plot of Gun Blaze Vengeance remains under wraps for now, but the involvement of the core team and the updated character designs suggest a faithful continuation of the franchise's legacy.
