New anime project: "Yin Yang Cycle Re:Birth" presents main theme and fresh trailer

With Onmyō Kaiten Re:Birth (engl. „Yin Yang Cycle Re:Birth“), studio david production announces its first completely independent anime series. Now, the central key visual and a third promotional trailer have been presented.

The main motif focuses on protagonist Takeru, who, together with allies such as the legendary Yin-Yang master Abe no Seimei and his mentor Atsunaga, opposes the fate of Tsukimiya. The new trailer highlights Takeru's transformation: from a loner to a reliable friend who does everything to protect Tsukimiya.

The music is also drawing attention:

- The opening „CRY OUT CRY OVER“ by Who-ya Extended was reportedly composed specifically for action-packed battle scenes, according to the artists.

- The ending „TURN OVER“ by 9Lana delivers a motivating conclusion and deals with overcoming personal limits.

Both songs can already be heard briefly in the current trailer.

In terms of content, the series revolves around the young outsider Takeru, who is transported into the mystical world Denji-Heiankyō. To save Tsukimiya from her predicted death, he repeatedly undergoes time leaps and faces overpowering enemies – in the process, he discovers hidden Yin-Yang powers within himself.
