New Anime "The Four Yuzuki Brothers" Introduces Promotional Materials and Announces Staff Members

The anime adaptation of Shizuki Fujisawa's manga "Yuzuki-san Chi no Yon-Kyōdai" ("Youth Story of a Family" or "The Four Yuzuki Brothers") has released its main promotional video. The video offers a glimpse of the opening theme "Naite Iinda" ("It's Okay to Cry") by flumpool and introduces additional staff members, following their announcement on the website last week.



The anime is directed by Chief Episode Director Yoshiki Kawasaki, with Masakazu Kawazoe in charge of layout, Kurō Oi handling costume design, and Kaede Aizawa responsible for prop design. Other key team members include Art Director Yukihiro Shibutani, Color Key Artist Miho Tanaka, and Compositing Director of Photography Tomo Namiki. Editing is handled by Tomoki Nagasaka.

The premiere is scheduled for October 5.

At the heart of the anime's narrative is the lives of four brothers: the responsible eldest, Hayato, who is a teacher; Mikoto, the aloof second son with a soft spot for Minato; Minato, the compassionate third son; and Gakuto, a mature first-grader. Each brother offers a unique perspective on growing up, painting a vivid portrait of family life.
