The official website for the upcoming TV anime adaptation of Araki Joh's and Kenji Nagatomo's Bartender manga has announced that the series will be titled "Bartender Glass of God" (Bartender: Kami no Glass) and is set to premiere in April 2024. The announcement also included a new image and details about the anime's main staff.

Ryōichi Kuraya will direct the anime at Studio Liber, known for its work on "The Ice Guy and His Cool Female Colleague." Mariko Kunisawa is in charge of the series' scripts, while Yōichi Ueda serves as the character designer and chief animation director. Notably, SUNTORY is collaborating on the production of the series, marking an interesting partnership.

This new adaptation follows an earlier 11-episode TV anime based on the manga, which premiered in Japan in October 2006.

The bartender series is set in Eden Hall, a quiet bar in Tokyo's Ginza district, where the legendary bartender Ryu Sasakura works his magic and crafts the perfect drink for every customer. Guests from all walks of life find solace and rejuvenation in the drinks and kind words of Ryu.
