The second season of the anime adaptation of TurtleMe's webcomic "The Beginning After The End" has received a new main trailer and a key visual. As announced by the production staff, Ryôta Ôsaka and Yumiri Hanamori will join the voice cast in the new episodes.

The story follows a king who, after his death, is reborn into a world full of magic and begins a new life there as Arthur Leywin. The second season adapts the so-called "Elderwood Arc," which is featured in the new key visual and trailer. The video shows action-packed battle scenes with various magical abilities and offers glimpses into the confrontation with the powerful "Guardian of Elderwood," which Arthur and his companions must face.

Ryôta Ôsaka voices the character Brald Landon, an experienced adventurer who joins Arthur and his friends. Yumiri Hanamori takes on the role of Samantha Tempest. Other main roles are once again voiced by Natsumi Fujiwara as Arthur, Chiaki Omigawa as Jasmine, Gen Sato as Elijah, and Shôya Chiba as Lucas.

The opening theme of the new season will be the song "Sayonara Janai Hō ga Ii" by the band SIX LOUNGE, a snippet of which can already be heard in the trailer. The ending theme will be provided by the group 22/7 with the title "Futatsu no Michi."

The second season of "The Beginning After The End" will premiere on April 1, 2026, on Japanese television, including in Fuji TV's +Ultra programming block.
