The anime TV series "The Tale of Wedding Rings," based on the original work by MeiBi, has been releasing new character visuals and promotional videos for five consecutive weeks. The latest release features Princess Saphir from the "Water Kingdom," Marsa.





Saphir, the central figure, is the owner of the Water Ring. She belongs to the dragonfolk and speaks in a somewhat archaic manner. Nevertheless, she stands out due to her high intelligence and straightforward personality. The newly revealed image of Saphir includes the line: "From this moment on, I choose you as my husband!"

"The Tale of Wedding Rings" is a romantic comedy centered around the protagonist, Sato, who ends up in another world while chasing after his childhood friend Hime. It turns out that Hime is one of the "Ring Princesses" who exist in this alternate world. Sato suddenly receives a marriage proposal from Hime and assumes the role of the hero known as the "Ring King" to combat the threat to the world. The TV anime is set to air in January 2024. The voice cast includes Sato as Sato, Kito Akari as Hime, Shimabukuro Miyuri as Nefertiti, Ueda Hitomi as Granat, Kuma Ai as Saphir, and Komatsu Mikako as Ambar.
